Cliffs

From this cliffside everything seems so small, the sea birds squark and circle above. The waves crash asounder and louder, my heart beats, chased, just another mad man in love.

I wonder where you are as I throw stones into the ocean, they fall so far I can’t hear them splashing. The wind blows my hair into my eyes and the grit in the air currents give me a good lashing.

But wherever you are and what ever your doing, there’s a soul out here waiting for you. Maybe you’ll send messages in clouds, that’s the kind of crazy that you’d do.
